Randy Banks attended the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Physician Associate Degree with Distinction. He is a graduate of the United States Army Physician Assistant Program and has practiced medicine for 15 years. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
In addition to serving on the SDPA Continuing Medical Education Committee, he is also a regional representative for the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is the former Vice President of the European Society of Physician Assistants. Randy has experience in all aspects of dermatology, providing diagnosis, treatment and follow-up for a variety of disorders affecting the skin, hair and nails. He has performed biopsies, including surgical resection and punch biopsies.
