Dr. Scott Howell earned his Medical Degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his internship and Internal Medicine Residency at Doctors’ Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Howell then served as Chief of Medicine and Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Spring Hill Regional Hospital in Florida.
Since 2001, he has been the Associate Dean for Postdoctoral Training and the Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. Dr. Howell is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and was elected to the Credentials Committee for the American College of Phlebology. With more than 20 years of medical experience, Dr. Howell specializes in advanced procedures for vein abnormalities.
