Nancy Holman is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who began her professional career as a registered nurse in Northern Wyoming in 1996. As an RN, she worked in rural and urban hospitals in Wyoming and Colorado. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University and her FNP degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2013. As an NP, she has worked in family practice and urgent care.
Nancy joined Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in October of 2020 and has been fellowship trained in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She has performed many full-body exams and procedures, such as shave and punch biopsies, cryosurgery and excisions. She will continue to perform these procedures and treat skin disorders including acne, warts, psoriasis and eczema. As an NP, she believes in educating her patients on skin cancer prevention and working with them to attain their goals for healthy skin. She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Nancy is married to James, and between them, they have five children and seven grandchildren. She was born and raised in Mesquite, Texas but moved West in 1991. When she’s not taking care of her patients, she enjoys quilting, hiking, traveling and hanging out with her husband and grandchildren.
