VIP Perks & Referral Rewards Program
The Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS) VIP Perks & Referral Rewards Program provides the opportunity to earn rewards when you refer your family, friends, colleagues, etc. Anyone 18 years of age or older can participate in the program.
Program Details:
Advanced Dermatology awards Beauty Bucks to Eligible Referring Parties (To qualify as an Eligible Referring Party, complete the VIP Perks & Referral Rewards Program Registration Form)
who refer Eligible New Patients (An Eligible New Patient is an individual who has not previously received Aesthetic/Cosmetic services from any Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery or affiliated office location.) who engage in Aesthetic/Cosmetic services, only, at an Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery location or affiliated location in compliance with the Referral Program Rules (“Rules”). Eligible Referring Parties will receive a value of $20 in Beauty Bucks for each Eligible New Patient referred who engages our Aesthetic/Cosmetic services.
How to Start Earning Rewards:
Sign up to become a VIP Perks Eligible Referring Party and invite any Eligible New Patients to save 10% on Aesthetic/Cosmetic services by providing each a VIP Perks card with your name and Referral ID on the back of the card. Your referrals will be tracked as VIP Perks cards are redeemed. VIP Perks discounts or Beauty Bucks may not be used for medical services or payment of patient balances, co-pays or deductibles.
How do I Receive My Reward?
Beauty Bucks are mailed to the Eligible Referring Party in the following month of the rendering of the Eligible New Patient’s Aesthetic/Cosmetic Service.
Subsequent visits by the Eligible New Patient are not eligible for Beauty Buck rewards.
What if I Run Out of VIP Perks Cards?
Receive additional cards at the mailing address associated with your rewards account by sending an email to [email protected] with your Assigned Referral ID and VIP Perks Cards in the subject line.
Program Rules:
Beauty Bucks entitle the holder to a discount equal to the amount issued per certificate on aesthetic/cosmetic services, only, at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery and affiliated locations. They have no other redeemable cash value. Beauty Bucks cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion offered by Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery or affiliated locations. The holder of Beauty Bucks may choose to use their Beauty Bucks or leverage a different promotion, but not both for a single visit or charge.
A Referral ID must be present and legible on VIP Perks cards redeemed for Referring Parties to receive the corresponding Beauty Buck Reward. Beauty Buck Rewards may be used by the recipient or gifted to a person of their choice.
