Credentials
Jason F. Kraemer, MMS, PA-C is a Colorado native, originally from Monument. He moved to Fort Collins where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Colorado State University. Jason was an employee of Poudre Valley Hospital, in the cardiac rehabilitation department, before attending Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado. There, he earned his certificate in Physician Assistant studies. He earned his Master of Medical Science degree from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
Jason has worked as a physician assistant in northern Colorado since graduating PA school in 2000. He had been working in orthopaedics prior to having the opportunity to work in dermatology with the Fort Collins Skin Clinic.
Jason and his wife Karie spend their free time cheering from the sidelines, watching their three kids play soccer, basketball and baseball. His hobbies include mountain and road biking.
