Dr. Alexandra Grammenos was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida and is thrilled to be practicing and serving the patients of Indian River County. Upon obtaining her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University and her general medicine internship at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Grammenos completed her Dermatology residency at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience/Dermatology Residency of Orlando.
Dr. Grammenos was published in many prestigious, peer-reviewed journals on topics including alopecia areata and surgical closures following skin cancer treatment. She specializes in general and cosmetic dermatology and treats a variety of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails including skin cancer, hair loss, acne, and psoriasis. Dr. Grammenos has also been trained on the latest advances in neurotoxin and cosmetic filler injection for the treatment of fine lines and facial volume loss.
Dr. Grammenos and her husband enjoy spending the weekends on the water, cooking with their extended family, and doting on their baby girl.
Dr. Grammenos is looking forward to providing excellent patient focused care to the practice. She treats all ages of patients and is currently accepting new patients.
