Credentials
Shevonne grew up near Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of Houston. Following her undergraduate studies, she attained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Shevonne is licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants, where she holds a Diplomate status for completing advanced dermatology training. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Maryland Association of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Shevonne began her cosmetic and medical dermatology training during her elective clinical clerkship. Her love and passion for the field of dermatology is the reason she began working in dermatology once completing her Master’s program.
Shevonne enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys various genres of music, exercise, sports, and traveling.
