Maitland, FL – ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has completed the acquisition of Arizona Advanced Dermatology. It is the practice of Bill Halmi, MD and Henry Roenigk Jr., MD. They have three locations in Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale and Gilbert.
Dr. Bill H. Halmi, former Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University, came to the Valley in 1994. He has been the Head of Dermatology at St. Joseph’s Hospital for past the 10 years. He has given numerous presentations at local, national and international dermatology conferences. He has been an active participant in the Phoenix Dermatologic Society, serving terms as both President and Vice President. For 8 years has been voted Top Doc in Phoenix Magazine. Dr Halmi has worked for over 20 years with over 20 different types of lasers. Over the past two decades he has trained physicians in the safe use of lasers. Dr. Halmi is also an adjunct professor at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale.
Dr. Henry Roenigk Jr, attended Northwestern University Medical School, completed his internship at Tripler Army Hospital, Fellowship in Dermatology at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Roenigk was the Chairman of Dermatology at both Northwestern University, as well as Cleveland Clinic for 25 years. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Dermatology. Areas of interest include Psoriasis, Dermatologic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery as well as general dermatology. He has served on the boards of many professional associations, including President of the American and International Societies of Dermatologic Surgery. He was on the Board of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has authored 11 books.
