ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has completed the acquisition of North Florida Dermatology Associates in Jacksonville Florida; a dermatology practice founded by Dr. Frank E. Schiavone. Dr. Schiavone is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a member of the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, Duval County Medical Society, the Jacksonville Dermatology Society, American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons.
North Florida Dermatology Associates was established in 1983 and has 4 offices in the Jacksonville area. The practice takes pride in staying on top of new advances in the field of Dermatology thru continuing education, as well as membership in Duval County Medical Society, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons and many others. The physicians in the practice are board certified in Dermatology. Dr. Schiavone is also a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. The practice is also comprised of board certified plastic surgeons as well as physician assistants who work as part of the health-care team.
