Alissa Steele earned her bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University in Exercise Science & Kinesiology. She then earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies at Central Michigan University. Alissa went on to work in Emergency Medicine as a PA for 6 years in rural Michigan before moving to Denver, Colorado to join the Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic surgery team.
Alissa specializes in general and surgical dermatology and has a special interest in treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, and removal of skin cancers. She is deeply invested in early detection and prevention of skin cancer. Alissa enjoys treating patients of all ages and providing personalized care. Her dedication and compassion have helped develop her into a highly skilled medical professional. She is committed to educating her patients on proper sun protection and the importance of self-skin exams, as well as professional Total-Body Skin Cancer Exams.
Outside of the office, Alissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. They enjoy sports, traveling, hiking, skiing and all things outdoors!
