Credentials
Amy Rutherford attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Health Science degree. She continued her education at the University of Florida where she completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. She has been practicing as a PA since 2015.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed through the Florida Board of Medicine. She is a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Amy has extensive training with board certified dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and cosmetic experts. She specializes in general dermatology and minor surgeries. She performs neurotoxin and filler injections.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her children and husband, gardening, birding, hiking and traveling to national parks.
