Dr. Treyger has a passion for treating dermatologic conditions including acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa, as well as for diagnosing skin cancer as early as possible and eradicating it. He also enjoys training medical students and residents.
As a student at Michigan State University (MSU), he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in medical technology and human biology. He then earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from MSU’s College of Medicine, before completing an internship and dermatology residency at Beaumont Hospital – Trenton Campus.
Dr. Treyger held many leadership and volunteer positions during his schooling and training. He has contributed to numerous publications, presentations and research studies, and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.
When not practicing medicine, he enjoys playing golf and staying active, as well as watching MSU sports and the Detroit Lions.
