Julie Thomas is a board‑certified Physician Assistant with a longstanding dedication to both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors.
Since beginning her dermatology career in 2010, Julie has remained committed to clinical excellence and ongoing professional growth. As a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), she upholds the highest standards in skin health. She is board‑certified by the NCCPA and licensed by the Florida State Board of Medicine. Julie has a particular passion for the early detection and treatment of skin cancers, providing thorough total‑body skin exams and personalized care for conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema.
Her approach to patient care is grounded in communication, education, and partnership. Julie takes time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals, working collaboratively to create treatment plans that feel achievable, individualized, and empowering.
Outside the clinic, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and traveling. Her love for the sport fuels her commitment to sun‑safety education, and she takes pride in helping patients protect their skin while maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
