Kent Shippen, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Kent provides comprehensive dermatologic treatment for patients of all ages, focusing on skin health, disease prevention, and individualized treatment plans.
He has over 20 years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer. In addition to medical dermatology, Kent offers cosmetic services such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other treatments, helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin.
Known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, Kent prioritizes patient education and strives to create a comfortable, collaborative experience for every patient. He earned his degree of Physician Assistant Studies from Penn State and maintains certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Outside of clinical practice, Kent enjoys backcountry skiing and splitboarding, mountain biking, mountaineering and spending time with his children. Kent remains actively engaged in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology.
