Credentials
Laurie is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of experience in dermatology. She earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Youngstown State University and began her healthcare career as a Medical Laboratory Technician before pursuing a degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. She later earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and completed her Doctor of Medical Science degree from A.T. Still University.
Laurie spent 18 years providing dermatologic care at Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center in Ohio before practicing for four years with Skin and Cancer of Arizona. She is excited to bring extensive experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Committed to lifelong learning and excellence in patient care, Laurie is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and completed the organization's Dermatology Fellowship Program. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin and has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Outside of the office, Laurie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has three adult children and stays active through Pure Barre, hiking, and paddleboarding. She also loves her pets, including her Goldendoodle, Remí, Mini Bernedoodle, Millie, and her green-cheeked conure, Sylo.
