Liz Ratcliff is a Belpre, Ohio native. She relocated to Florida in 2002 and has been enjoying the Plant City and Lakeland areas ever since. Liz is a licensed medical aesthetician accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences and the Florida Board of Cosmetology. She has a passion for creating custom skin care plans to suit the needs of each of her patients.
