Dr. Pamela Madu, MD, FAAD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with a wealth of experience.
Raised in Washington, D.C., she earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She went on to complete her dermatology training at the University of Southern California and received advanced Dermatopathology training at New York University.
Dr. Madu joins Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery after serving as Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology.
Her clinical expertise includes cosmetic dermatology, acne, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentary disorders, and hidradenitis suppurativa.
Outside her medical career, she finds joy in cooking, playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with her family. She's excited to return to the Washington, D.C. area and to be able to provide excellent care to patients.
