Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)

Males and Females, Ages 12 to 89 years old.  Qualifying patients must have a clinical diagnosis of Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) with at least one or more flare (as identified by the patient) in the past two months.

Atopic Dermatitis, also known as Eczema, is a chronic, inflammatory skin condition with repeated periods of worsening symptoms known as flares. This condition can weaken your skin’s barrier function; researchers believe that changes in your skin’s barrier function may occur before visible skin changes or symptoms develop.

Study Details

This study will collect skin measurements from people with Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) using the investigational Nevisense Go device. Participants will use the device at home for about 90 days. Participants will complete device measurements, electronic diary entries, and up to five in-person study visits. The study is based on the idea that changes in skin barrier function may occur before an AD flare becomes visible or symptoms begin and aims to evaluate whether these changes may help estimate the likelihood of an AD flare before visible signs or symptoms occur.

The objective of the registry is to create a cohort of CHE subjects to evaluate long-term real-world safety and effectiveness of standard of care treatments for CHE. Data collected through the registry may be used to address a range of research questions and use cases, including but not limited to characterizing the natural history of the disease, evaluating the effectiveness and safety of commercially available medications for the treatment of CHE, providing information to support ongoing risk-benefit evaluation by drug manufacturers and regulators, and research related to drug utilization, disease burden, and unmet needs.

Compensation: $25 per completed visit
Duration: Every 6 months

Non-Segmental Vitiligo (NSV)

Males and Females, Ages 18+ years old. Qualifying patients will have a diagnosis of Non-Segmental Vitiligo by a dermatologist or qualified dermatology provider and has been prescribed an eligible medication.

Vitiligo is a chronic, immune-mediated disorder of the skin characterized by progressive loss of functional melanocytes, leading to well-demarcated depigmented macules and patches. Although the underlying biological process remains unclear, multiple factors contribute to disease development, including genetic and environmental factors as well as others.
