Permanent Makeup

Permanent makeup also known as micropigmentation, gives you back precious time lost “putting on your face”. You can save countless hours by not having to put on lipstick or making sure your eyeliner and eyebrows look perfect.

Dazzle 'Em, Effortlessly

Advanced Dermatology’s cosmetic and aesthetic professionals use specialized equipment to place color into the skin where you want it to accentuate your natural appearance. Permanent makeup is most usually applied to enhance these areas:

  • The eyes – eyeliner and eyebrows
  • The lips – lip liner or full lip color
  • The face – with the addition of “beauty marks” or masking of scars

Micropigmentation can also be used in other areas for:

Safe Treatment & Lasting Enhancement

Permanent makeup application requires pigment to be placed into the dermis, the middle layer of skin. It may appear darker when first applied but fades to a more natural look as the skin calms and heals. The micro-pigments last a long time but not forever so you may want touchups as the years go by, especially for lighter, more delicate colorations which more easily fade from sun exposure and time.

Minor discomfort from the procedure is managed with topical anesthetics and oral medication. The time needed for application of permanent makeup varies depending upon the condition of the skin and the area(s) being treated. Plan for one to three hours; your Advanced Dermatology professional will give you more details about what to expect during and after your session.

Microblading The Perfect Brows

Microblading The Perfect Brows

Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that creates hair like strokes of pigment to create dimension and fuller, more natural-looking eyebrows.

It is a great option for people who have sparse, overplucked or thin eyebrows or who have brows that are uneven in shape.

Microblading results can last 12-18 months, which is a big part of its appeal.

Hit the snooze button one more time! You can with permanent makeup applied by a licensed professional at Advanced Dermatology.
