Numbing cream is typically applied prior to treatment to ensure your comfort. Treatment time varies depending on the size of the area being treated. A series of treatments will be recommended based on your skin condition and desired results. Most people see the best results in three to six treatments, each one month apart.

Following Treatment

After treatment, your skin will appear sunburned and can be red for a few days. As your skin heals from treatment, peeling will likely occur for up to five days. You may begin wearing mineral makeup 24 hours after treatment, and your provider will offer further skin care instructions to best maintain your revitalized complexion. The results of these treatments are cumulative and will continue to improve for up to six months after your last session.
